Bright and Sunny
It does seem to be true that comedians are often highly depressed people, and use their comedy as a coping mechanism. It can sometimes become a problem for them. It's especially bad, though, when a comedian tries to cope by using humor but they aren't actually funny.
It does seem like music would be the most obvious form of creative expression for a songbird, but Josh is probably the type to get quite experimental with his music. I guess it got a bit dangerous. If this is a legal matter, though, does that mean he has a lawyer? If so, I wonder what species it is.
Planning ahead is something that, for a long time, was seen as an inherently human trait. Catching food when they aren't hungry and saving it for later has been observed in ravens and crows for a while. Only more recently, however, has it been shown that ravens can plan for the future in much more complex ways, such as knowing which tool they will later need to accomplish an anticipated task. It's amazing.

Many people seem to believe that art is something you're born with the ability to do, and anyone who isn't can only draw stick figures. This isn't true at all. It's a learned skill. Anyone can learn to do it, as long as they want to and practice hard enough. I think this is true of most things. When people say they can't do something, more often than not they really mean that they don't want to try to learn.

More Gardening
Lewis has dabbled in gardening before, with the same kind of benevolent as well as nefarious reasons. He didn't say he was going to throw them at other birds, just "things," so I wonder what things he means. Maybe mosquitoes. They deserve it.
