This is true of bluejays, as far as I understand. Their normal calls tend to resemble a bird of prey to begin with, but I believe they're also good at making it sound like different birds as well. I can't confirm Clarence's statement about it being more attractive to females, though. I think Lewis's brainy mimicry probably attracts more females than Clarence's tough sounding mimicry, but that's just me.
